ΓΙΟΡΤΑΖΟΝΤΑΣ ΤΟΝ ΑΥΘΕΝΤΙΚΟ ΜΑΡΑΘΩΝΙΟ – CELEBRATING THE AUTHENTING MARATHON

Τιμώντας τη διεξαγωγή του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου στην Αθήνα
την Κυριακή 11 Νοεμβρίου 2018,
το Εθνικό Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο διοργάνωσε διαδρομή
με θέμα τον αθλητισμό στην αρχαιότητα.
Με τη βοήθεια ειδικού εκπαιδευτικού εντύπου στα ελληνικά και τα αγγλικά,
που θα είναι διαθέσιμο στην είσοδο του μουσείου από τις 5 έως τις 12 Νοεμβρίου,
οι συμμετέχοντες αθλητές του Αυθεντικού Μαραθωνίου θα μπορούν
να περιηγηθούν και να γνωρίσουν μια σειρά εκθεμάτων
που σχετίζονται με τον αθλητισμό (π.χ. προετοιμασία αθλητών, αγώνες, έπαθλα).
Η είσοδος στο μουσείο θα είναι ελεύθερη για τους 100 πρώτους αθλητές,
οι οποίοι θα πρέπει να προμηθευτούν το έντυπο
στις πληροφορίες του μουσείου,
με την επίδειξη του αριθμού συμμετοχής τους στον Μαραθώνιο.

Celebrating the forthcoming Authentic Marathon in Athens
on 11^th November 2018
and the idea of competitive effort
the National Archaeological Museum
has organized a thematic tour about sports and athletes in antiquity.
By means of a special educational leaflet (in English)
available at the entrance of the Museum
from Monday 5th to Monday 12^th of November,
athletes participating in the Αuthentic Μarathon
will be able to stroll through the galleries of the Museum
and get acquainted with a series of exhibits
related with sports and athletics (e.g. training for athletes, races, prizes).

The entrance to the Museum is free for the first 100 athletes
that will ask for the educational leaflet at the Information Desk of the Museum,
upon presenting their participation number for the Marathon.
